Patient Involvement

Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS)

The aim of this service is to resolve patients' concerns quickly and efficiently and provide information to make contact with the NHS as easy as possible. The service also helps with patients day-to-day issues and worries. Patients are encouraged to use the service by contacting 01777 274400. The PALS service does not replace the complaints procedure. The complaints procedure can be accessed by contacting the Complaints Manager at Retford Hospital.
